The biggest beauty news from London’s 2010 catwalks was colour - pastel, neon and rainbow hues were spotted everywhere.  The look was mostly focussed on eyes and some designers chose to blend shades all the way from lid to brow in tribute to 1970’s disco.  Others opted for bold blocks of bright colour. 

In contrast, natural shades and new biscuit washes were the colour-shy alternative.  Smudged sand and chocolate shades were used around the whole eye area.

It seems that against all the odds, couples in Dorset and Hampshire are rushing to get hitched despite the bite of the credit crunch, with bookings rocketing for 2009.  It seems that people are looking for increased emotional security in these uncertain financial times.  Wedding venues and services in the area are seeing their bookings increase by up to 70% compared to last year, with the popularity of mid-week weddings increasing. 

The message seems to be, book early to avoid disappointment!
